Key Responsibilities :

• • Lead geological tasks for metals/minerals projects (nickel, gold, base metals):
    • Desk study, exploration planning, drilling supervision, exploration reporting, geological modeling.
    • KCMI/JORC-compliant resource estimation and reporting.
  • Mentor junior consultants / analysts in geological analysis and software skills.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and external partners to ensure deliverable quality.
  • Support BoD in developing and expanding metals/minerals consulting services.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in geology with 5+ years experience in geology/mining, and metals/minerals (nickel/gold) expertise.
  • Familiarity with JORC/KCMI reporting.
  • Consulting experience or exposure to multi-stakeholder projects
  • Proficient in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Surpac, and geological modeling tools .
  • Soft skills: leadership, communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, analytical thinking, adaptability.
